Who are we?

We are a camera accessories’ company which stands for style, quality, and authenticity. We are an ever growing team held together by a shared passion for pushing boundaries and challenging conventions. We currently work from one Brooklyn office where the creative, engineering, merchandising, and marketing are done, and we partner with some of the best manufacturers in the country for our production, in New York, and in Massachusetts.

What is your design philosophy?

All of our pieces are created in-house by a small team of designers who obsess over every detail. We produce all our products as close to our offices as possible. Instead of offering 20 options for a strap, we try to make only the best in each category.

How do you ensure quality?

A great design is nothing without a great factory that can bring the design to life. We spend months seeking out the best ones, the very same factories producing your favorite leather designer labels. We take pride in creating high-quality products and are continuously working to improve our methods for quality control.

Why is your selection so small?

As part of our commitment to quality and minimalist design, we intentionally pare down our collections, producing only what we believe to be essential pieces. Instead of overwhelming the customer with limitless choice, we focus on offering our members tightly edited collections of key pieces.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that items are unused, and undamaged. Please do not hesitate to contact us if anything seems amiss. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment for all purchases.

What is your exchange policy?

We want you to love your A7 products as much as we love making them. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges are not automated because our stock is limited.

How does International shipping work?

To ship anywhere outside of the 50 continental US states, the shipping fee is $48.00, and delivery takes 5 to 7 days. By ordering products from A7, you understand that your country’s sales taxes and customs release fees may apply.

How long does it take my order to ship?

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and usually take about 3-4 days to arrive. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email (typically 1–2 business days after the order was placed).

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, as a faster shipping alternative from our standard service, we offer USPS 2-Day Express Service. Expedited packages are subject to an additional $20. For same day processing, orders must be submitted by 1 PM EST Monday through Friday.

I entered the wrong shipping address – what can I do?

If your order has not shipped yet, we are more than happy to correct the shipping address for you. Just send a note to info@a7nyc.com with your correct shipping address and we will update it for you.

Is domestic shipping really free?

Yes it is! In the 50 continental US states.

I want an item, but it’s sold out. What does it mean to order a back-ordered product?

To ensure the highest quality possible, we intentionally produce our goods in small batches. As a result, some popular items do tend to sell out very quickly. For our bestselling accessories, we try to restock seasonally. When you use our back-order feature, you will receive priority email notifications when sold out items are restocked. This gives you an opportunity to purchase a particular item before it sells out again.

Can I get new buckles?

If you ever want new hardware, you can email us at info@a7nyc.com. We will help you find the proper hardware to fit your product.

What is your warranty?

A7 Limited One-Year Warranty

A7 warrants any A7 product (purchased from A7 directly or from an authorized A7 dealer) against a manufacturer’s defect only, for up to one (1) year from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”) as long as you are the original purchaser of the A7 product.

If your A7 product suffers from a manufacturer’s defect within the Warranty Period, A7 will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product or offer you The Purchaser a refund. All you need to do is return the product to our offices at your expense with the original purchase receipt.

 

Exclusions / Limitations of Liability

The A7 limited warranty does not cover defects that result from any alterations made to the A7 product, including mishandling, improper fitting, abuse or misuse of the A7 product. The A7 limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear due to normal use or the normal wear that occurs after extended use. The A7 limited warranty excludes all claims to any incidental or consequential loss to personal property including but not limited to cameras and other photography equipment.

 

Limitations of Warranty / Local Laws

To the extent allowed by local law, except as expressly set forth in this limited warranty, A7 makes no other warranties, guarantees or conditions, express or implied, including any implied warranties, guarantees or conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. A7 expressly disclaims all warranties, guarantees and conditions not stated in this limited warranty. Any implied warranties that may be imposed by law are limited in duration to the applicable warranty period.

Some states/countries do not allow a limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages for consumer products or of a consumer’s statutory rights. In such states/countries, some exclusions or limitations of this Limited Warranty may not apply to you.

This Limited Warranty is applicable in all countries and may be enforced in any country or region where A7 or its authorized service providers offer warranty service for the same product model. Warranty service availability and response times may vary from country to country and may be subject to registration requirements in the country of purchase. Your A7 authorized service provider can provide details.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that may vary from state to state/country to country. You are advised to consult applicable state/country laws for a full determination of your rights.

The warranty terms contained in this statement, except to the extent lawfully permitted, do not exclude, restrict, or modify but are in addition to the mandatory statutory rights applicable to the sale of this product to you.

Warranty Claims Process

Should you need to make a claim under this limited warranty or if you have any questions regarding whether your A7 product has a manufacturer’s defect, please email us at info@a7nyc.com with “Warranty Question” in the subject line and include a detailed description of the issue, an image of the original receipt and attach a photograph of your A7 product in question. We will review your email and contact you with further instructions on the status of your claim within 72 hours.
