I have not received my purchase or shipping confirmation email, what should I do?
After placing your order online, please allow up to 48 hours to receive your shipment confirmation email. Order processing and shipping only occurs on business days and orders placed on the weekend will not be processed until the first workday of the week. Can I add additional products to an existing order?
Once an order has been placed, you are unable to add items to an existing order. If you would like to order an additional item, please place a separate order through our online shop site. Email us immediately after your order to see if we can combine both orders for shipping.
Warranty
A7 Limited One-Year Warranty
A7 warrants any A7 product (purchased from A7 directly or from an authorized A7 dealer) against a manufacturer’s defect only, for up to one (1) year from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”) as long as you are the original purchaser of the A7 product.
If your A7 product suffers from a manufacturer’s defect within the Warranty Period, A7 will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product or offer you the purchaser a refund. All you need to do is return the product to our offices at your expense with the original purchase receipt.
The A7 limited warranty does not cover defects that result from any alterations made to the A7 product, including mishandling, improper fitting, abuse or misuse of the A7 product. The A7 limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear due to normal use or the normal wear that occurs after extended use. The A7 limited warranty excludes all claims to any incidental or consequential loss to personal property including but not limited to cameras and other photography equipment.
Should you need to make a claim under this limited warranty of if you have any questions regarding whether your A7 product has a manufacturer’s defect, please email us with “Warranty Question” in the subject line and include a detailed description of the issue, an image of the original receipt and attach a photograph of your A7 product in question. We will review your email and contact you with further instructions on the status of your claim within 72 hours.
Return/Exchange
The A7 Return/Exchange Policy
We would like all of our customers to be pleased with their purchase. If the product you purchased directly from A7 is not what you expected, please return it to us for a refund.
The product must be returned unworn, within 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns are inspected upon receipt at our returns facility.
Please note, you will be responsible for the return freight charge. The only freight charges that are refunded would be for a product that has a manufacturer’s defect, or if we have shipped you incorrectly.
If your A7 product suffers from a manufacturer defect, return it within ONE year from the date of purchase (include a copy of your receipt) and A7 will, at our option, REPLACE (same or like product), REPAIR or issue you a REFUND. REFUNDS will include original FREIGHT charges to you and UPS Ground charges back to us ONLY IF the return is due to a manufacturer’s defect or due to a shipping error on our part.
Refunds will be credited to your account within 15 business days (3 weeks) of receipt of your packaged return according to our policies stated above. These return policies and procedures as well as the use of the “A7 Returns Form” apply ONLY to consumers who purchased their A7 product from A7 (either by internet or by phone).
A7 is not responsible for any open balances, overdraft fees or service charges resulting from the timing of charges or credits to your account.

How do I protect my A7 product?
We recommend using regular leather protector on the leather parts of your product.
How do I clean my Herschel Supply product?
We recommend not washing your A7 product. We recommend going to a leather cleaning professional or use professional leather cleaning products if you absolutely want to clean your product. But honestly, the wear and tear of the leather is what gives it its character and beauty.
Where are A7′s products manufactured?
At the present time all our products are manufactured in USA. Some products are made in New York City, and others are made in Massachusetts.
I can’t seem to find a product on the web store. Where can I find it?
